Honey Sriracha Salmon is a super easy and flavorful salmon dish full of heart-healthy protein, vitamin A and omega-3 fatty acids! This salmon tastes SO GOOD! I’m obsessed with SizzleFish seafood products, their products taste amazing and the quality is outstanding. This Salmon is glazed with organic honey, sriracha, minced garlic, white wine vinegar and a little bit of ginger – YUM!
You don’t need to spend long hours in the kitchen to cook a delicious and healthy meal. In less than 30 minutes, you can have this meal on your table. If you prep the salmon the night before, you can make it even quicker. All you need to do is to pop it in the oven and cook for 15 minutes. You can’t beat that! Super easy and quick weeknight dinner.

INGREDIENTS
- 4 salmon fillets
- salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- sesame seeds, optional
- green onions, optional
- Marinade
- 4 Tbsp raw organic honey
- 2 Tbsp sriracha
- 1 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Mix marinade ingredients in a small bowl.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides. Brush salmon with 2/3 of the marinade. If you have time you can let the salmon marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour. If you don't have time, you can skip this step.
- Place salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake at 400 F for about 12 - 14 minutes.
- After the salmon is done, brush the salmon fillets with the other 1/3 of the marinade. You can sprinkle some sesame seeds and green onions on top. Serve salmon warm over rice and a side of steamed vegetables.
