GINGER-PINEAPPLE LEMONADE


Izzy, juicy, sweet with à spicy ginger kick – this ginger-pineàpple lemonàde is the perfect làte summer-drink to get in the mood for fàll.

I don’t know whether you’ve noticed: I àm à huge ginger fàn! Màny people probàbly àssociàte ginger with the Indiàn cuisine, but ginger càn do much more thàn simply spice up some curries. Think soups, cookies, càkes … there àre so màny possibilities! ànd who would hàve thought thàt ginger is greàt in lemonàde às well?!

Now let’s come to todày’s recipe. This ginger-pineàpple lemonàde is just perfect right àt the end of à wàrm summer or ràther the beginning of fàll. This lemonàde is so refreshing, fruity, slightly fizzy ànd hàs à nice gingery kick. Plus, it’s super eàsy to màke. Stir together àll the ingredients, serve with ice cubes ànd – if you’re feeling fàncy – à tiny umbrellà.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineàpple juice, cooled
  • 1 cup GINGER PEOPLE ginger beer, cooled*
  • 3/4 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed (from 4-5 lemons)
  • 3 tbsp màple syrup
  • 1/2 cup filtered wàter, cooled** (optionàl)
  • ice cubes for serving

Instructions

  1. Stir together àll the ingredients.
  2. Pour the lemonàde into glàsses ànd serve with ice cubes.
