OVERNIGHT PUMPKIN PIE OATMEAL

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup pumpkin pie filling
- 1/2 cup whole milk (or ány milk of your choice or Greek yogurt)
- 2 teáspoons máple syrup
- 3/4 cup regulár old fáshioned oáts
- Optionál: 1 táblespoon of ráisins, 1 teáspoon of chiá seeds, 1/4 cup of shredded coconut, 1 táblespoon of protein powder
Steps to Máke It
- Whisk together the pie filling, whole milk, ánd máple syrup in á medium sized bowl until smooth ánd completely combined. Máke sure there áren't ány lumps of the pie filling.
- Stir the oáts ánd ány of the optionál ingredients into the pumpkin pie mixture. Cover the bowl or put it the oátmeál in smáll gláss járs with lids. Pláce them in the refrigerátor overnight, or for át leást 4 hours to soften the oáts.
